Enjoy time off with a unique countryside getaway to Carr House Farm B&B. The house is as pretty as a film set; surrounded by meadows, orchards and gardens. Rambling roses, bluebells, deer and wild birds are in abundance within this 400-acre seat of rural life. Only 18 miles north of the ancient city of York and 6 miles from the pretty market town of Helmsley. Castle Howard is just a 15 minutes drive away North Yorkshire is steeped in history, boasting ancient castles, historic abbeys, and charming villages frozen in time. History buffs can explore sites  Byland Abbey just down the road and Rievaulx Abbey just over the hill  immersing themselves in centuries of English heritage.

If you’re craving a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life, rural North Yorkshire provides the perfect escape. Tranquil,  serene countryside, and star-filled skies offer a sense of tranquility and relaxation that’s hard to find else.

Carr House Farm is the  perfect spot for you  16th century farmhouse dates back to 1530 and is full of history, memories and charm. The three comfortable bedrooms are characterful with warm, comfy beds with views over the south facing garden
